ITEM #18: BOOK: Getting to yes by Roger Fisher, William Ury & Bruce Patton


This was a textbook for I subject I studied, possibly entitled Communication and Negotiation, at uni in 1997.

If you ever hear me talk about BATNA – Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement – this is where I got it from.

For those out there frequently getting rejected from the opposite sex, maybe this book could help you out a bit??

Hey hey.. i got given this book from an old boss of mine some years back... he was really into giving business books to his management team for X'mas, I only got through the first few chapters before giving up..
